Once your luggage is stored, you will receive a booking ID and QR code. You can track its status in real-time through the LuggageHub app or website.

What if I lose my QR code?

Do not worry! Our staff can verify your identity with the OTP sent to your registered phone number and the booking confirmation details.

Can I modify my booking?

Yes, you can modify pickup/drop times through the app up to 2 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.
